About
meet the founder
Wife, mother, behavior analyst, sleep specialist
I have worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2011, dedicating my career to improving the lives of children and the families who support them. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Early Start Denver Model Therapist, and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based intervention and child development.
As both a clinician and a mother, I recognize how profoundly sleep impacts a childโs health, emotional regulation, learning, and overall well-being. Sleep challenges can affect every aspect of family life, which is why my work focuses on helping families address sleep concerns through individualized, science-backed strategies. Align Sleep & Behavior was created to bridge the gap between behavioral science, child development, and pediatric sleep support.
